One on One Energy Healing and Relationship Coaching

One on one spiritual coaching allows me to really get to know you and to truly see you as well as for me to guide you to see your amazing spirit, and be reminded of your soul purpose. You will remember just how incredible you are, and you will begin to truly love yourself on a soul level.

You will be in flow with life and know when to check in and how to receive messages from your intuition. Your life will become magical. You will have progress in the direction of your deepest dreams.

Illuminating Your Butterfly Levels 1 & 2
Level 1 begins November 9, 2024.
You often feel overwhelmed and stuck. When you think you’re having a great day, you suddenly yell at your kids, get snarky with your significant other, or lash out at a co-worker. Or you’re happy, having fun, and you get hit like a brick wall with sadness, anxiety, or depression. What a crazy rollercoaster! Why can’t life be easier? Why do you have to feel so much?
This workshop will shed light on all these questions. You’ll get tools that will protect you from all the energies! You’ll fill your toolbox with ways to get you out of overwhelm quickly. You’ll learn how to turn your deep feelings and intuitive abilities on or off, like having a light switch at your fingertips. You can stop feeling out of control, so you can start helping others without exhausting yourself!
The class sizes are small (8 people maximum), so you get the added benefit of asking lots of questions, getting mini-readings, and receiving individual attention.
You’ll receive personalized suggestions to adjust as we go. Of course, these are only suggestions, and you’re encouraged to always listen to yourself and your own intuition above all!
This workshop is for you if you are sensitive and empathic, get overwhelmed and need help getting back to your center, you need protection from all the energies constantly bombarding you.
What you learn in this workshop will bring you into your body, and you will be able to be available and present with your family and friends. Instead of feeling everyone else’s pain, you can feel joy and love. The tools in this workshop will give you more energy, help you sleep better, feel supported, and have relationships that are more loving, playful, and fun!

When traditional medicine isn’t working or is too harsh for your sensitive body, Reiki is a very gentle alternative. The energy of Reiki gives your body exactly what it needs to heal itself. Reiki relieves anxiety, overwhelm, a multitude of physical symptoms and ailments, but it mostly reduces stress and leaves you feeling totally relaxed. A Reiki session is designed for you to just lie back and receive a beautiful energy healing that is just right for you!

It is a group program designed both for those in a relationship and those not in one to give you the assurance to trust in yourself to know what you want, ask for it, and receive it. Confidence in Bed will teach you to confidently and clearly say, "no," to something that clearly doesn’t resonate with you and to say, "yes," to things that are completely aligned for you.

The VIB Experience is a Very Important Butterfly One on One Retreat, set up specifically and specially for you and what you need. It gives you a chance to get away from everyday life, go into a cocoon, and receive the nurturing and rejuvenation you need so that you can go back out into the world with your wings spread wide, ready to make big waves again.
It's wonderful if you need to get away, are going through a big transition, and need some luxury and nurturing. It is catered to your every need and what will bring you back to balance, connecting you to your soul energy, and allowing an exponential shift in your frequency.
